How to score in Need Assessment quizzes

Got this question:

i finished through Need Assessment lessons at that time its very good understanding of terms but when i gone through Quiz in the same lesson i failed to pass... i was quite confused over there ...in the same time i am referring lesson from the book Business analysis for practitioners..can you please guide me how i can improve in my score?

You are doing it first round of study, don't worry about the score, right now you just knowing the content. Some advanced concepts will come in Need Assessment tools and techniques.

In firs round of study, just be focus on understanding of concepts, mastery will come with practice

I will keep this in mind when I take the needs assessment test. I listened to the high level domain videos and read the needs assessment chapter in the practice guide. I thought to finish the need assessment video section before taking the corresponding test.
