To prioritize stories in the Product backlog, the criteria may include any of the considerations below EXCEPT:

The cost for developing and supporting new features


The reward for having the feature OR the penalty for not having it as a part of the product


The amount of learning and knowledge gained by developing a feature


The ratio of delighters to linear features in the product, in order to boost customer satisfaction level

I wud go with ratio of linear to delighters ---not sure though, but elimination techniques. Any thoughts?

Yes, it is correct.

Because it is a KANO model, a prioritization technique, recommends to prioritize threshold features, liner and delighter in that sequence.
