Zero point story

Does anyone uses zero point for stories. Please share with examples --when and why? Any pointers where I can get more information on this.

When work is so small or little that team will not want any velocity credit for it, it estimate it as 0.

For example automatically import of a file in an inventory system and story is just about 15 minutes of code and test.
