Agile Risk Management

Wed Sep 11, 2019 11:46 am

I understand risk will be organically handled during Agile lifecycle. Does the exam expects to have Risk Boards? Any thoughts?

Having risk board is not mandatory. But exam may test you concept based on scenarios and these scenarios will not indicate that this is mandatory. Either it would be a best option for the scenario or in the scenario itself team is using risk board.

Thanks Seema. so can we assume that Agile team may not have Risk board(Risk Census) unless specified in
Q's?

One of your stakeholders is interested in knowing how well agile team is doing in reducing the risks iteration by iteration, which of the following
information radiator can help the most?

Burn Down Chart

Burn Up Chart

Task board

Risk Burn Down Chart

I would go with Task Board as never seen Risk Burn down chart practically. What do you suggest?

team uses the best suited solution for the work. Thats why it does not mandate anything. Here for "reducing the risks iteration by iteration" the risk board is the best solution.

Agile also does not mandate using task broad. Task board is widely used so we assume its presence by default. Agile is just way of doing things to realize 4 values and 12 principles.
