>Control limit Vs Tolerance
> What is the terminology called when there are three points are on the same side of the control limit?

Our video 15 explains the control chart, so please check the subject PMBOK

15 8.2.5 Project Quality Management Control Chart: Duration (12 Minutes)

Tolerance and Control Limit both shows a range , usually the control limits are used for frequent observations limits and tolerance is not that frequent. When you want to plot your time to reach office graph you use control chart and control limit, but when you see I can tolerate loss of 1000 to 2000 USD, it a range again but not checked by you everyday.

I am not aware of anything about 3 points on same side of control limit, we have something used called 7 points in one side which is called rule of seven, it can be rule of 3, so check the video it will explain

Sure, and I just remind that practice questions can have some made up terms as wrong options and that will be the case in real exam as well.
