It usually used, that team commits to meet Sprint Objectives and PO agrees to not to change sprint goals in between . so its reciprocal commitment.

Not a very clear question, since we do not know if the Project Charter is made or not, but if we read clearly we do not get much support to assume we have Project charter available so its better to assume you are in process of preparing project charter with Sponsor.

It is fair to assume that all analysis was done in collaboration with PM and once Change is approved , you need to get it implemented.

The better choice (if available ) would be Update Project Management Plan, before execution, but going behind the process of CR approval is not a good idea.

We should keep one simple rule, no change management for Agile for requirement related things, it is done with discussions and backlog refinement.

The only things which are beyond requirement, like change in people, vendor may require change management.

Yes, your understanding is right and the new PMP exam does not get into detailed terms and boundaries of processes. The intent of variance analysis is all about what was planned as a risk response and what was done in reality, and what variance we had against the plans.

we can not calculate Planned Value still we do not know how much % of work is expected to complete, you are assuming that each month same % of work will get completed, that is not necessary true, so it is possible planned work for 6 months can be 30% or 60% we don't know.
