1. You joined in the middle of the project as a PM . What of the following document are you sure of updating?

• Charter
• Stakeholder register

2. You are on a project which has a tight deadline and failing to comply will result in penalties. What type of contract should you do with a supplier providing a critical element required to complete the project?
• CPAF
• FPIF

3. During initial planning stage a Functional Manager argues why his department was not given any information on project ? You think his department does not require this info. What document should you use to confirm your statement?

• Charter
• Stakeholder register
• Stakeholder engagement Plan

Nothing can be said with surety with one line question, but Charter update is less probable

2. You are on a project which has a tight deadline and failing to comply will result in penalties. What type of contract should you do with a supplier providing a critical element required to complete the project?
• CPAF
• FPIF

FPIF , since award based contracts are always subjective

• Charter
• Stakeholder register
• Stakeholder engagement Plan

Stakeholder register and engagement plan are usually not to be shared as is with stakeholders as they may contain sensitive information, so it has to be charter

Your project sponsor has asked for an EAC and has told you that he wants you to use ETC work considering CPI and SPI factors. You know that this formula assumes which of the following?

A. There is a positive cost performance to date.
B. There is a negative cost performance to date, and the project schedule must be met.
C. The project schedule has slipped and must be corrected.
D. There is a positive cost performance to date, and the project schedule must be met.

It will be option B
Usually when project is over budget and behind schedule and project has t be completed on time, we need to calculate ETC considering both SPI and CPI
