Request clarification on Org. Process Assets changes.
What is the process for changes OPA. Hope it requires CR and has to go thru Perform Integrated Change Control process.
If it is, why nothing mentioned on the change request while discussing Procurement -> Plan Procurement Management -> Outputs -> OPA Updates ? or any other OPA updates.
- Procedures and policies, templates and guidelines
- Knowledgebase like risk register, past project files, historical information
These OPA can be changed from the process defined in the organization, they are easier to change, and they are meant to be changed. This organization process is taken as input to develop the change management plan and on the basis of change management plan OPA are updated.
