Stakeholders

Postby ihuseynli Fri Sep 28, 2018 8:20 pm

At the moment our company is working on a project automation system of goverment structure. Before us, another company automated they work and are supporting their current system at the moment. After we will finish our project, customer will be working with new system and another company will not be working with them. Shortly, we are replacing current seller.

My question is - is this company a stakeholder for our project? they will be affected (negatively).

If your team needs knowledge transfer from that company then you should consider them as stakeholder, this is normal in corporate world that you sometimes win sometimes loose business,
