WBS

Postby KaurP Fri Aug 10, 2018 10:12 am

Hi Manish,

Can you help me finding the right answer to this one along with a reason-

You are decomposing your WBS into smaller pieces of work. What is one item that does NOT describe how far the work should be decomposed?

A. Until it can be realistically estimated
B. Can’t be subdivided any further
C. Until a meaningful conclusion
D. Cannot be decomposed more than 10 levels.

Thanks!

in such cases use reverse problem solving

Phrase the question as 'What is items does describe how far the work should be decomposed?
Decomposition is done till it can be realistically estimated, had meaningful conclusion and also cant be subdivided further so option D is the choice, and even otherwise there is no rule about more than 10 levels of decomposition

Thanks!
