i have some gaps i found in my knowledge and i hope i can get clarification to close there gaps.
1- when do i add the project manager within the number of the communication channel as they always hide him in the question
lets say there are 5 them members in the project then the number increased by 3 so the total is 8 should i include the project manager as 9
also the may use stakeholders without mentioning the project manager
this is confusing for me
2- what stakeholders information is in the communication management plan ? what kind of information about stakeholder is there ??
i get confused between communication management plan and stakeholder management plan
3- where is the respond plan for the risk ? which document ? what is in the risk management plan?
4- where i can find the contingency plan ? which document ? also the mitigation strategy for a defined risk ?
if u have chosen one strategy where it should be found ?
5- where is the fallback plan stored for a known risk ?
