Lessons Learned completed by the Stakeholders

Postby Sam Sat Dec 30, 2017 11:10 am

Hello friend I answered below option B cause in the Practise book the collaboration point is PM and BA

I do not understand why it completed by the Stakeholders

Collaboration Point—Project managers and business analysts may each conduct lessons learned
sessions; the project manager obtains feedback on completed project activities and the business analyst
focuses on completed business analysis work. Instead of working independently, the roles should
collaborate and facilitate the session together.

Business analysis lesson learned are best completed by:
A The Project Manager
B Business Analyst
C The Sponsor
D The Stakeholders

Solution option D
The ‘stakeholders’ represent all the group which are in the boundary of all kind of requirements, and their input is critical for collecting all of the lessons learned.

Please advise

PM and BA both collaborate for collecting lesson learned. Primary sources of a lesson learned are the experience of people. And PM and BA collaborate to get the lesson learned from anyone who can contribute.
