technical issue on quampus

hi ,

I have enrolled in the PMP course of izenbridge and off late i get this annoying popup of rating the quampus website and the course. I have done this so many times however it seems that my responses are not recorded.

can you please check and get back to us on this?

We revived following answer from Quampus technical team:

The site asks for the rating on the basis of each course. So, even if the user has provided the info for another course, the same info is asked for the current course. Please inform the user that we will rectify it and give a button called ‘Never’ so that the system stops bothering the user. Till then, we regret the inconvenience caused.
