Work performance Measurement

Postby bhavini.barot Tue Oct 29, 2019 5:54 pm

You have replaced an earlier project manager. The project is already in its third month of execution. You need to determine if the project is ahead or behind schedule. What would be the BEST source of this information ?
A. Work performance data
B. Work performance Measurement
C. Project Management software
D. Pareto Chart

Is Work performance Measurement same as Work performance information? Can you please help clarify?

refer to 4.3.3.2
Work performance data are the raw observations and measurements identified during activities being performed
to carry out the project work.

in order to understand if the project is ahead or behind schedule, PM needs to use EVM, to calculate schedule variance,
This is Control schedule process, which has WPD as input and WPI as output,

Let me know if any doubts

Answer to this question was mentioned as B.

For EVA - A, C and D does not help. So I guessed Work performance Measurement will be same as Work performance Information which is output of Control Schedule.
