This Video starts with the following question

The client accepts the final deliverables, the payment term agreed in the contract makes you get paid only after six months, what do you do next?

a. Complete the project closure
b. Wait for money to receive for Project Closure
c. Keep some critical members assigned to the project and release rest
d. Call a meeting to discuss this.

Do you need a meeting to discuss this? We don't think so; the payment terms were already agreed in your project contract.

Do you need to keep the project team until you receive the money? No, since it’s just a matter of payment, the work is already completed.

Do you need money to close the Project?
No, since the amount committed to you will be given as per the agreement.
