Postby seema.sonkiya Fri Mar 01, 2019 7:06 am

This Video starts with the following question
During project closure, you are collecting feedbacks using a survey tool, and you find only 5% of the stakeholders provided the feedback, what do you do next?
a. Check Organization Process Asset and Project Management Plan
b. Develop a strategy to get at least 60% response
c. Go ahead and close the project
d. Ask Sponsor for guidance

A. Check Organization Process Asset and Project Management Plan
Looking at Organization Process Assets will help you in knowing the trend of stakeholder responses in the past. The Project Management Plan may have some specific details related to this project.

B. Develop a strategy to get at least a 60% response
The question does not give us the detail of what minimum response is expected from the stakeholders.
C. Go ahead and close the project
The Project Manager may do this once he validates that getting 5% response is not a stopper in project closure. The question does not give us detail on it.

D. Ask Sponsor for guidance
You can anytime ask the sponsor for guidance, but as a project manager, you do your analysis first.
