This video starts with the question

You are transferring the ownership of the project and realize that some part of the documentation which is needed to operate the system is missing, the client is not aware of it. What do you do next?

A. Inform sponsor about the risk.
B. Perform impact analysis.
C. Ask the team to complete it.
D. Go ahead with project closure.

C. Ask the team to complete it: You may think this as a natural action, but wait, you are at the closing process, and you have accepted deliverables with you. At this stage, it is like a defect which requires impact analysis before action.

D. Go ahead with project closure. : In real life, you may see some project manager opting for this option, but it does not work in the long term.

A. Perform Impact Analysis: Yes, you can. Impact analysis is required to plan further risk response strategy.

A. Inform Sponsor about the risk
Yes, you may do that, but before doing it, you need to do some impact analysis.
