The video starts with the question:

You have obtained the final acceptance of the project deliverables. You realize that the client has no one ready to take the ownership of deliverables. What would you do next?

A. Propose a support contract
B. Go ahead with Project Closure
C. Inform the Sponsor
D. Share your findings with the Client

Propose a support contract :
Every problem presents an opportunity; you can see that the client may need a vendor to run the system after project closure, offering your services is not a bad idea.

Go ahead with Project Closure:
You do have final acceptance for the project deliverables still as a Project Manager you cannot ignore the activity of transferring ownership to the client.
Inform the Sponsor
Sharing this information with Sponsor and also exploring if your organization can get into a new contract with the client is a possible action.

Share your findings with Client:
As a Project Manager, you are expected to make the client aware about the situation in hand.
