What is the source of your question ?...Is it a multiple choice answer ?..

As per Scrum guide, Scrum team (i.e. product owner + Scrum Master + development team) should attend Sprint Retrospective meeting.
"The Sprint Retrospective is an opportunity for the Scrum Team to inspect itself and create a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next Sprint."

As per below response of Saket, Sprint retrospective meeting is for development team facilitated by Scrum Master. Product owner is optional.

Scrum master and development team must attend the meeting. Whether Product owner is optional/mandatory/refrain (as requested by development team), is a question which needs clear context i.e Scrum guide/ PMI, based on which one can select right answer.

@Saket/Seema: Please share your thoughts.

Yes, true. Retrospect is needed for entire Scrum Team. I don't see this question logical.

Also, project manager is not a role in the Scrum
