CPM Question

Hi,

i was solving a question which i got from Simplilean full length paper. Attached is the question. Please let me know if this question is correct.

This question is okey.

The Network paths are as follows:
Start-1-2-End > 3+4+3 = 10 months
Start-3-5-End > 2+5+4 = 11 months
Start-4-5-End > 7+1+4 = 12 months , which is the CRITICAL PATH

ok my question is ...Task # 5 is mentioned twice.

1. for Task 5 Preceding activity 3 and taking 5 months
2. for Task 5 preceding activity 4 and taking 1 month

and END is coming from 2 task , one is 2 and other one is 5 so which " we should consider here " and if possible can you please give me CPM chart.
