Yes the correct answer is option B.

No project can be executed in vacuum, hence structure of your performing organization can have a major impact on project management. If you are a consulting organizations Project manager, you are probably dealing with influence from performing as well your own organizations structural influence.

Organizational cultures and styles include:
• Expectations/Cultural norms
• Shared visions, values
• Policies and procedures
• View of authority relationships
• Work ethics and work hours

Although individual traits & attitudes of co-workers is not mentioned in PMBOK 6's page 38 but it has link towards employee competencies, capabilities which will impact their productivity & organization's performance as a whole. Hence, it will come under EEF. From all the options, it implies that other options a,b, c are part of EEF whereas option d is part of OPA. I chose option 4 as the answer & got wrong.

Please share your inputs for the clarifications.
