Yes the correct answer is A.

PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition defines Quality Audits as
A structured, independent process to determine if project activities comply with organizational and project policies, processes, and procedures. The objectives of a quality audit may include: • Identify all good and best practices being implemented; • Identify all nonconformity, gaps, and shortcomings; • Share good practices introduced or implemented in similar projects in the organization and/or industry; • Proactively offer assistance in a positive manner to improve implementation of processes to help the team raise productivity; and • Highlight contributions of each audit in the lessons learned repository of the organization.

One question: Before I differentiated Quality Audit and Inspection as :

Audit: Final validation of product
Inspection: making sure right processes are used during the work

In this question I assumed 'Inspection' is right answer. But I see I'm wrong. Can you please clarify a little more?

Inspection is about checking the quality (Conformance) of the finished product/Services. Inspection does not validate effectiveness of process etc

Fully agree with Manish with a little clarification, inspection need not to be on the final product. it can be conducted at any level. Its get little confusing when we know that *other terminologies for Inspection include but not limited to Audit, walk through etc ?
