100 % test coverage v/s TDD

Please suggest difference between 100% test coverage v/s TDD

In TDD we write test cases bare enough which can pass the test. Afterwards we refactor. In TDD the 100% test coverage is followed but not necessary. For example we may decide no to write tests for all possible invalid inputs. We dont test everything unless its add value.

100% test coverage is the measure percentage of code has been exercised by a test suite
