Postby rbahl Thu Jul 14, 2016 10:19 pm

An Agile Team is responsible for delivering the items they have committed from the product backlog. However, ultimately some one needs to be take accountability of the project all project have a limited time, budget. In traditional projects, it is the project manager, however I wonder who holds the accountability in an agile team?

Sorry for the delay in the response.
In Agile, the success is not measured in terms of meeting project budget, schedule.

A project is successful if the product is delivered according to the Business Need and Yes, still meeting the Triple Constraints are important, but realizing business benefits are given more value. If we talk about Scrum, the Product Owner is the person who is accountable for the successful Product Development.
