Many team does put project vision or charter at visible space, so in that sense you can consider as information radiator, it does help in bringing stakeholders in agreement so it does help in collaboration.

I agree with Sanjay. Project Charter is not an information radiator. But charter used for explanatory testing does radiate some info. Remember explanatory testing charter is written in a white board explaining the aim of the testing.

Question 1:
Are you Referring Charter [used in Exploratory testing - that is written in a white board explaining the aim of the testing] as a Information radiator ?

Question : 2
Project Charter & Charter are different ? , Please explain

Question 3:
is Project Charter considered as Information Radiator ?

Thanks

Question 1:
Are you Referring Charter [used in Exploratory testing - that is written in a white board explaining the aim of the testing] as a Information radiator ?

Project Charter which gives us direction of Project Vision , Budget , Risk and Direction can be written on paper and get pasted in Project Work Area, this gives everyone direction about what this project is meant for , all the time. When we do this we say we have Project Charter as Information Radiator

In case of exploratory testing as well, we use same concept of Charter, but in that case the charter only tells us goal of exploratory testing period.

Question : 2
Project Charter & Charter are different ? , Please explain

As said above, they are different but they serves the same purpose , give a direction to upcoming activities. Project Charter gives it for Project , where charter made for testing session gives it for testing session only.

Question 3:
is Project Charter considered as Information Radiator ?

If pasted or made visible in work area , yes , else no. Information radiator is anything which we make visible to team members all the time.
