An actor represents a role like:
A Customer,
Credit Card Processor
A Jobseeker
An employer

Let's take an example of Customer as an actor - It could be a person or organization which does business with a Bank.

Personas are an instance of an Actor. An actor can include several different types of customers, and if there is a need to understand different kinds of customers, we can use Persona.
A persona has a name, likes/dislikes, behaviour details, and it may have a picture.
