Which of the following statements is true for using team velocity as a progressive metric?

A. Velocity is not accurate if there are meetings cut into development time.
B. Velocity measurement are disrupted if some project resources are part-time
C. To track Velocity accurately we can't have scope changes during the project
D. Velocity measurement account for work done and disruptions on the project.

What is the source of this questions? Options are not good for the question.

Velocity is how much work a team can do in a sprint. It is a measure of how much product backlog a team can do in a sprint. While designing, velocity team capacity is considered for how much they can deliver even after meetings, and other possible disturbances.

Seema: Velocity is designed based on how much team can deliver in an iterations. This capacity takes into account for all possible meeting times.

B. Velocity measurement are disrupted if some project resources are part-time
Seema: No, because part time respects fact is known while designing velocity.

C. To track Velocity accurately we can't have scope changes during the project
Seema: We can have scope changes if their is a need of extreme Business Condition

D. Velocity measurement account for work done and disruptions on the project.
