PMP Minimum passsing score - 2015

Postby shivam_680 Thu Aug 06, 2015 8:52 am

Hi Guys,

I am very much curious to know, how the scoring is done now a days for PMP exam.

I know earlier it used to be 106 as passing marks, but now the pattern has change, now they just talk about proficiency levels
which are Proficient, moderately proficient and below proficient.

My question here is, what is the minimum proficient level among all the 5 process areas that we need to achieve to pass the exam.

My exam date is very near, and I am excited to have this figure in my mind, in case if anyone knows. At least, need some level of motivation that can give a fruitful thought to me before I appear for the D-Day.

Thanks.

No body knows answer to these question and whatever you read of internet is just guess. if you are scoring good (75% +) in practice tests... you have very high probability of clearing the exam.

But I am getting in the range of 120 - 135 out of 200 , as of now. What is your opinion on this score and what would you suggest

I am referring to Knowledge woods mock tests, I guess they are relatively tougher, though not sure. Can you help me in explaining what do you mean by "which simulation exam you are referring" ? Does this impact again ?

Sorry, i have not seen these simulation exams so difficult to comment for me. usually the provider should have such information, so you may connect with them to get historical data.
