You are a Project Manager in an e-commerce organisation and analysing the current situation to see how to raise the revenue by 40%. You have completed the initial investigation of the situation based on all key stakeholders’ perspectives including inventory management, vendor management, customer management and shipping. Now you are planning to develop the model of high level activities including logical dependencies between them using world view of these key stakeholders. Which one of the following should not be the output of your analysis?

a. Gaps between what should be happening and what is happening now

b. Business perspectives of all key stakeholders

c. Identification of areas where potentially the performance of the organisation could be improved

d. Identification of what organisation should do and how

Can anyone explain the situation and how we can derive the solution..

Thanks,

I will choose option D.

The question talks about initial investigation on how to raise the revenue of organisation by 40% which will include brainstorming with all key stakeholders. This will give us the gaps (pain areas), view points of all stakeholders and identify the potential improvement areas.

What exactly the organisation should do to address the gaps and action plan will come in later, mostly in planning phase.
