I think it should be Sponsor...but pls confirm

It is the Customer who will pay for the project's product, service or result and not the Sponsor.

Sponsor is a person or group who provides resources and support for the project and is accountable for enabling its success.

Sponsors owns project budget, project outcome.
Yes sponsor provides the budget for the project, that is different from paying for the project.

It shoud be Customer because Customer will pay for final delivery,

Sponsor is responsible for providing resources.
