Question for Discussion-Procurement

Postby Sud Fri Jul 11, 2014 11:57 am

A buyer has just received a final set of deliverables from the seller and finds that they do not conform to the specifications that were originally planned for. Ideally, where would the buyer expect to find documentation on how to handle non-conforming deliverables?

A. Communication Plan

B. The contract

C. Quality Plan

D. Scope Statement

Scordo. First I also marked answer as B. But on a second thought, why the Quality Management Plan not have the strategy to deal with non-conforming deliverables. Quality is "conformance to requirements!". Confused....

Agree with Yogesh. Also you need to think differently for procurements. Outside body doesn't have access to buyers quality management plan. We have to articulate all our quality criteria in contract so that seller can meet it
