Manage Stakeholder

In the manage Stakeholder process's T&T, Communication Skills is mentioned, which says that "The methods of Communication identified for each stakeholder in the communication management plan are applied during Stakeholder engagement Management".

I believe that methods they are referring are Push, Pull and interactive methods.

Are they trying to say that these methods are used to collect feedbacks from the SHs about various project management activities in this process?

Please help in understanding.

its not just about collecting feedback, its primarily about sharing the information to stakeholders in the manner/frequency they have preferred,

Please help in understanding.

But, sharing info/artificats, as per the frequency is done in manage communication process? Manage Stakeholder is about engaging with the SHs to understand their expectations, requirements, need etc?

information is shared using manage communications
methods of communication - like email, video conference etc are and how frequently etc

Why in manage Stakeholder process, they are sharing info? That's is the job of Manage communication process.

Are they using communication methods in manage Stakeholder process to engage and get feedback about the manage communication process or about the artificats shared ?

Please help understand.

communication skill is about how effectively you can communicate to stakeholder to understand their concerns, get feedback from them etc, this is not same as communication methods

Although communication process and stake holder engagement process have some overlapping info, following should be noted.
Communication process stresses on What, When & How on communications
Stakeholder process emphasizes on WHY ? why its required to share particular info and get feedback from stakeholder and how it engages customer and increases the probability of success.
