If the WBS does incorporate the quality, procurement related requirements, then in Estimate Cost activities - why the cost of quality is added (T&T) on top of Scobe Baseline (Inputs)?
When we estimate activities cost, there is no baseline ready so we are not adding the Quality and other requirements on top of baseline.
If the cost of quality is a part of Scope Baseline i.e. incorporated in WBS, then it should not be added separately?
Similarly, In Determine Budget Inputs - Agreements (procurement) should be a part of Scope Baseline as well and should not be considered as individually as input?
When we conduct procurement, the output of it is updating various components of PMP, including baselines (not approved baselines)
Please clarify.
