Hello Manish My query is that as per the Videos and as per my understanding Quality Management is the part of Project Management Plan which is the input of the Scope Management Plan (Planning)

And the Explanation in the answer states that PMP donot have all the subsidiary Plans at this time

the idea behind the question it to tell students that Project management plan is built iteratively, so not all subsidiaries are in initial versions of PMP

Hello Manish,
Still not Clear,
I understand that the Other Plans are iterative .
But since it is the Part of the Quality Management is the part of Project Management Plan which is the input of the Scope Management Plan (Planning)
Can you explain if this is the Correct Choice of answer
Because the answer is confusing

Can you please clarify a bit more

In my opinion Quality Management Plan is NOT well prepared at this level. Last option is the best answer, I guess!

Here, Answer can be found by elimination

♣Project Management Plan is not required at this stage - WRONG
♣Team member may not be referring to correct version of project management plan
♣Quality Management plan is independent plan and not part of project management plan - WRONG
♣Project management plan will not have all subsidiaries at this stage

1 and 3 are wrong for sure. 2 and 4 is left. Yes, 2 can be true also, but 4 is real situation. I've 8 year experience in directiong projects and choise 4 is real situation in the begining stages
