1. Which one of the following is the last step of project closing?

A- Archive Project Documents - this would be best choice from given options
B- Measure customer satisfaction at the end of the project - This is questionable as sometimes customer satisfaction measurement is done few months after project is closed, but this is not the last step in general
C- Client appreciates your product - This does not even looks like an option
D- Lessons learned are documented - this needs to be dine ideally when most of stakeholders are still part of project

2. During the closing, the final project report needs to be based on:

A- Stakeholder management plan
B- Communications management plan
C- Project charter
D- Contract
it has to be Communications management plan

3. Which of the following is the correct order of actions that you must take during the closing process?
A- Get formal acceptance, release the team, write lessons learned, close the contract
B- Write lessons learned, release the team, get formal acceptance, close the contract
C- Get formal acceptance, write lessons learned, hand over deliverable to stakeholder(s), close the contract
D- Get formal acceptance, close the contract, write lessons learned, release the team

Please let me know the correct order/steps in the closing process.

As per one website, the order is:
1. Confirm that all the requirements have been met as per the PMP.
2. Close Procurements. Within this process, multiple action are involved such as:
2.a. Verify the product.
2.b. Issue formal acceptance.
2.c. Conduct a procurement audit.
2.d. Report final contract performance.
2.e. Document lessons learned.
2.f. Perform financial closure of the contract (make the payments).
3. Get formal acceptance of the product (product, service or result) of the project.
4. Measure customer satisfaction.
5. Perform financial closure of the project.
6. Report final project performance.
7. Document lessons learned.
8. Update project records.
9. Archive project records.
10. Hand-off the completed product.
11. Release the team and other resources.

Whereas, as per other, it is:
1. Complete Contract closures.
2. Verify product scope requirements as per the PMP.
3. Gain Formal Acceptance from the key stakeholders.
4. Submit the final Performance reporting.
5. Conduct post-project or phase-end review.
6. Index and Archive all relevant project documents in the Project Management Information System (PMIS).
7. Document Lessons Learned on this project.
8. Handoff completed product to the customer or stakeholder.
9. Release resources.

So really confused which one is the correct order.

First of all PMBOK does not provide any sequence which needs to be followed during closure, however based on common sense and information that we have in PMBOK we can try to understand the logical steps involved
we have discussed this in other threads
