I will go by C

SH analysis is continuous process in planning grp.

A. When defining the project scope (no, scope defined by charter)
B.When developing the project charter (identity key SH with the help of charter)
C.When creating the project management plan ( master plan to engage all other plans,SH plan is part of it)
D.When putting changes through change control (no)

stakeholder analysis is a continuous process, it starts when Project charter is developed, matures during developing project management plan and then gets continuously done during execution of the project

Hi manishpn, I couldn't catch your answer. You explain about SH analysis as continuous process. But ther is no appropriate answer here. My logic:
- SH analysis is a technique used in Identify SH process
- Identify SH process is in Initiation PG
- In project charter you also put little info about stakeholders
- So, for me answer becomes 'B' . First time when you analyise SH

What do you think about it?

If the question was when do you first identify SH or do SH analysis, then i would go with project charter or even the business case. Here its asked " When do you do Stake Holder analysis".
If we choose project charter, it implies we are not doing in other processes ?
From the given options, i choose project management plan, where its mostly done. Although done in other processes not mentioned here.
Manish, can correct me.
