PROCUREMENT

You are constructing an office building for your client. You decide to outsource painting and electric work from a third party. You create a detailed work description and ask bidders to apply for this part of the project. The document you just prepared is known as:
(a) Procurement SOW
(b) RFQ
(c) RFP
(d) Requirement document

I think this is a bad question, I selected C.
Here is my logic, the SOW is part of the procurement document, right. the question states and the SOW was done and bidders were ask to apply. I would appreciate clarification....

Thanks

SOWs can be part of RFP if buyer has sufficient details for bidders
I am not sure where is the confusion?

The author says that the A was the right answer.... and I say C is right.....

PSOW has detailed work description ,
RFP is a much wider document , and PSOW can be part of RFP.

key in question is 'You create a detailed work description'
