Is there any scenario in which we could avoid in listing up change in change log?

why would you want to not formally record a change in log?

Means, if some change comes that is explicitly mentioned in charter as exclusion. Then, we should simply discard it or we should record it also?

To get some clarity on your Question

Please check out the topics "Constructive Change, Field Change, Contested Change" and maybe if u have time u can check out "ADR, Arbitration & Mediation".

The above topics are not too important for exam perspective but is good to know for getting clarity on the question u raised on "Not logging Changes"
Cheers,
PJ
