Qualitative and Quantitative risk assesment

key input for "Identify risk" process comes from all knowledge areas and we get risk register as output..


This risk register is i/p to qualitative risk assessment and other key i/p is scope baseline (My question: why again scope baseline mentioned here separately when it was anyways considered while identifying risk)

This risk register is i/p to quantitative risk assessment and other key i/p is cost & schedule mngmt plan (My question : why again these CMP & SMP mentioned here separately)

Another questions: qualitative assesment is considering scope baseline while quantitative is considering cost/schedule mngmt plan?
