Dangerous Stakeholder

Postby nazrulq Tue Dec 26, 2017 2:20 am

Which type of stakeholders could be dangerous for project?

• Stakeholders who has ability to impose their will, need immediate attention, and their involvement is appropriate.
• Stakeholders who has ability to impose their will, does not need immediate attention, and their involvement is appropriate.
• Stakeholders who has ability to impose their will, need immediate attention, and their involvement is not appropriate.
• Stakeholders who has ability to impose their will, does not need immediate attention, and their involvement is not appropriate.

It explains about Salience Model of Stakeholder Analysis. Option 3 could be right choice!

3rd Choice is the right one. See Colour Analysis!

Red -Red is Dangerous!
Green- Green is suppotive or leading.

Hopefully it Clarifies!
