direct cost vs indirect

If the training provided to the Team members is to improve their competence towards the project (single project )and if the training aims to reap the benefits only towards the mentioned Project, then such training costs are Direct Costs

If the Training provided aims at the benefit of the whole organization or to benefits multiple projects, then such costs are considered as Indirect Costs .

The Question here clearly says that the training is for 10 projects across your the company
