Hi Experts ....do you agrred to the answer .....actuall i chave choosen 1....but after nurturing answer B also seems beetr option....Please comment

looks difficult option #1 and #2 both are reliable and there is no clear winner on which one is more reliable.
sometimes the options are influenced by real life experience of the question maker and if he/She as PM may have got better estimates from similar project rather than expert opinion
