Project Progress Report

When Project Progress to be shown in higher management, milestone chart is the best form while the team or lower a level bar chart is preferred way.
How about if nothing is mentioned in the question or to be presented in townhall meeting where higher management and lower staffs along with project team is present.

Manish can you explain elaborately!

In such scenario,I wud prefer the most summarised view as top management would preside over the town hall meeting.hence milestone chart wud be apt.

However,this should be defined a part of schedule management plan via project schedule.

I second Niraj on this as a Townhall meetings are generally called for updating the organizational status to the staff which may include the mix of all level of employees. As such, presenting a high level overview and not specifics like a bar or gantt chart is preferred.
