Change Request!

If changes are approved by CCB but rejected by sponsor, in that case baselines is needed to be updated! As there is a rejection. No need for updation. CCB approved does n't mean baselines need to be updates! CCB's approvals for changes are not final! :o
I think, Izenbridge Webinar missed that point ! Now a days questions are really confusing!

Can Manish or Saket Clarify Please!

usually sponsor is part of CCB
if CCB approves that usually change is considered as approved
Of course exception can be if mentioned in Project management plan thta after CCB the sponsor also needs to approve the change

Manish,

If we consider exception that Sponsor is not part of CCB and after CCB approval changes get rejected by sponsor, in that changes get rejected finally i think. Hence not need to update any doc neither baseline nor other document.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

correct hwever unless mentioned explicitly in contract you should consider CCB as final authority for changes approval
