Plan Risk Mangement Mock Test

Postby komal Wed Sep 06, 2017 1:42 am

Risk identification checklists are usually developed based on historical information and knowledge accumulated from previous similar projects. Which of the following statements about risk identification checklists is wrong?

It is impossible to build an exhaustive checklist

The lowest level of the Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) cannot be used as a risk checklist

Quick and simple risk checklists are the least effective ones.

Risk checklists should be reviewed during project closure.

Option c seems to be the most unfit amongst all the options.

A simple risk checklist does not imply it's least effective.
