Assumptions and Constraints

Postby nazrulq Sat Aug 12, 2017 6:00 am

In PMBOK page -124 described about Project Charter and Project Scope Statement, Assumption and Constraint is not the part of Project Charter but in PMBOK page no: 72 described project charter documents assumptions and constrain.
there could be a question whether those are part of Project Charter in terms of true and false!

Can anybody explains!

Thanks.

Good point that you notices, Project charter does contain high level assumptions and constraints, PMBOK may have missed it on page 124, there is nothing much to worry about it.
