### Free Float on Converging activities

Referring to the diagram what will be the free float for activites A, D and G

Thanks for the reply - For D you have chosen B as the successor and not E - Can you pls help me understand why ?

D doesn't have any FREE float.

Free Float/slack = ES of Successor activity - EF of Predecessor activity – 1

Free float A = 11-10-1= 0 (B)
Free float D = 11-5-1= 5 (B), 6-5-1= 0 (F) chose the less FF >>> free float D = 0
Free float G = 6-3-1=2 ( E)

The answer seems to be A = 0, D = 0, G = 2.
