Stakeholder Engagement Plan

Postby sfatima Tue Nov 12, 2019 6:14 am

1) The stakeholder engagement plan is a component of the project management plan and identifies the management strategies required to effectively engage stakeholders, which of the following information is expected to be available in Stakeholder Engagement Plan?

Organizational Position of Stakeholders

Major requirements

Scope and impact of change to stakeholders

Stakeholder classification

The correct answer is Stakeholder Classification. It does not make any sense when the below question has stakeholder classification in Stakeholder Engagement Plan incorrect.

Which of the following statement is not true about stakeholder engagement plan?

It Identifies interrelationships and potential overlap between stakeholders

It Identifies Stakeholder communication requirements for the current project phase

It Identifies impact of change to stakeholders

It Classification Stakeholder in various categories like Internal/external

The correct answer is "It Classification Stakeholder in various categories like Internal/external". Those two answers are contradicting to each other. Also, Scope and Impact of change to stakeholder is part of Stakeholder Engagement Plan per the explanation to the top question.

Please clarify.

Basically i want to know if the classification of stakeholders is included in the Stakeholder Engagement Plan or not.
