Lets look at the glossary definition of these three terms

Schedule Data. The collection of information for describing and controlling the schedule.

Project Schedule. An output of a schedule model that presents linked activities with planned dates, durations,
milestones, and resources.

Schedule Baseline. The approved version of a schedule model that can be changed only through formal change
control procedures and is used as a basis for comparison to actual results.

Schedule data is base data like resource , activity , constraints , which results in project schedule, and one of the project schedule version which we pick for reference is baseline schedule, so baseline schedule is also a project schedule but not all project schedule are baselined.

Project Schedule is a live document , unlike the Schedule Baseline which can be updated/re-baselined only through formal Change Control procedure.

Because control schedule looks into variance between project schedule (the current schedule which is updated based on reality ) and baseline schedule (included in project management plan ) .
