Hi
Good morning all.Apart from analysing the network diagram in detail, is there any way to easily identify the free float(using a formula) in a network diagram.

Regards
Shankar

I have not seen any formula so far for calculating the Free Float/Slack. Still can we write down like this:

Free Float/slack = ES of Successor activity - EF of Predecessor activity - 1
This also seems the formula for calculating the Lag Time.

Expert comments are most welcome ....

Thanks
